As a Customer Support Specialist, you'll be vital in managing the customer support process, ensuring teachers and parents receive exceptional online assistance. Through your interactions with our users, you'll gather valuable data that will inform marketing strategies and game development updates.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage live support tickets, providing personalized assistance to teachers and parents.
  • Document customer issue reports to drive marketing and game development strategies and support user growth.
  • Conduct user interviews, gaining valuable insights to enhance the Boddle experience.
  • Empower our existing Boddle community through surveys, reviews, support collateral, and more.
  • Create support videos and written guides, helping parents and teachers navigate our innovative platform.

Preferences:

  • Experience working with (or within) a school or district as an educator, leveraging your deep understanding of classroom dynamics.

Qualifications:

  • Fluency in MS Office and G Suite.
  • Proficiency in planning email campaign strategies, crafting compelling copy that resonates with teachers and school leaders, designing visually appealing emails using templates, and analyzing campaign results.
  • Familiarity with various social media channels and teacher community groups.

Status: Exempt, Full-time
