How to move students from one classroom to another.

To move students to another classroom in your account:

Select the Students Tab on the left → Settings → Move Students → To Another Class in My Account

To move students to another teacher's classroom:

Select the Students Tab on the left → Settings → Move Students → To Another Teacher's Class Using their Class Code

There are two ways to move your students:

  1. Moving the students to another class in your account

  2. Moving the students to another teacher’s class using their class code

How to Move Students to Another Classroom

Let's move students from your classroom to another classroom, starting from your Teacher Home Page.

First, select the classroom with the students you’d like to move. On the left side of the screen, click the “Students” button. Next, click the “Settings” button on the top-left corner of the page and select “Move Students” from the drop-down.

Then, use the checkboxes to select all the students you would like to move to a different class and click the blue “Next Step” button.

Moving Students to Another Class in Your Account

To move students to another class in your account, click the left button in the pop-up, titled “To Another Class in My Account.” From the drop-down, select the class you would like to move your students to.

Finally, click the blue “Move Students” button to move the selected students to the new class.

Moving Students to Another Teacher’s Class

To move students to another teacher’s class, click the right button in the pop-up, titled “To Another Teacher’s Class Using Their Class Code.” Then, type that teacher’s class code in the text box and click the blue “Move Students” button to move the selected students to the new class.

Now, the students have successfully been moved to a new class!
