How to Share Student Log-Ins
There are three ways to share student log-ins with parents:
- Email the instructions to parents
- Download shareable PDFs
- Print out student log-in cards
To share students’ log-in instructions, first go to your teacher dashboard. Next, find the classroom with the students whose log-in info you would like to share. In the classroom, there are two places to locate the “Share log-ins” button.
You can click the “Share log-ins” button on the top of the classroom dashboard. Then, download the shareable pdfs with the log-in instructions for all the selected students.

You can click the “Students” button on the left side of the classroom dashboard. Then, click the “Share Student Log-ins” button on the top of the page. This will give you 3 options of how to share student log-in instructions with students and parents:

Email Instructions to Parents
To email instructions to parents, click the top button in the pop-up called “Email instructions to Parents.”
Type in the parent/guardian’s email and press the blue “Invite” button for each student whose log-in information you would like to share. This will send an email to the parents with their child’s log-in as well as an invitation to create a Boddle parent account.
Once you are finished, click the blue “Done” at the bottom of the pop-up.

Download Shareable PDFs
To send PDFs with students’ log-ins, click the middle button in the pop-up called “Download Shareable PDFs.” Click the download PDF for all of the students whose log-in instructions you would like to share. Then, you can either print out these PDFs or email them to the students and their parents.

Printable Log-In Cards
To print out student log-in cards, click the bottom button in the pop-up called “Printable Log-in Cards.” Using the checkboxes on the left, select all of the students whose log-in cards you want to print.
To print out every student’s log-in card, click the topmost checkbox next to the “Student” heading. Next, click the blue “Print Cards” button and print out the subsequent pages. You can cut out these cards and distribute them to students.
