Steps to resolve game loading issues
Here are recommended steps to help solve issues related to loading and freezing during play, game crashes, or inability to access the game portal:
Step 1: Check Your Device

Step 3: Try reloading the browser tab with the error
For web-version of Boddle, try reloading the browser tab that is showing an error.
Step 4: Ensure students are going to play.boddlelearning.com
Ensure that students are going to play.boddlelearning.com and not trying to log in to the parent/teacher portal.
Step 5: Close all background apps and excess browser tabs
Close all background apps and excess browser tabs. This will help the game run faster.
Step 6: Ensure your browser is up-to-date

Step 7: Clear your browser’s cache

Step 8: For Web GL errors within the game, check your Chrome browser settings to ensure hardware acceleration is turned on
In your Chrome browser URL search bar, go to chrome://settings/system. On this page, make sure the ’Use hardware acceleration when available’ box is checked or toggled on.

If Chrome asks you to relaunch your browser, exit completely out of Chrome and re-open your Chrome browser. Then try loading the Boddle game again.
