Boddle Learning is seeking an experienced and data-driven Product Growth Lead to join our team. The Product Growth Lead will play a pivotal role in driving sustainable growth and product adoption by optimizing the user experience across acquisition, onboarding, retention, and monetization.
Responsibilities:
- Build and lead a cross-functional team of design, analytics, marketing, and product to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities.
- Partner with user research to conduct qualitative studies and gather customer insights to inform product development and positioning.
- Own user acquisition through product efforts such as SEO, referrals, and performance marketing channels (Meta, Tiktok, retargeting) while continuously improving conversion rates.
- Define and monitor key retention metrics, reduce user friction, and drive engagement through targeted communication channels (emails, push notifications).
- Design and implement a robust onboarding process to improve user adoption and long-term success.
- Establish a sustainable growth loop by connecting acquisition, conversion, onboarding, retention, referrals, and monetization strategies.
- Identify upsell opportunities for users and promote new features to increase product usage and customer lifetime value.
- Adopt an experimental mindset, executing and evaluating experiments to measure impact on retention and lifetime value.
- Validate feature value by running scrappy experiments before investing
significant resources in technical infrastructure and design polish. - Collaborate with core product teams to share insights on user preferences and feature value.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in product growth, driving user acquisition, retention, and engagement.
- Strong understanding of growth methodologies and frameworks (e.g., growth loops, AARRR framework).
- Experience with conversion optimization and performance marketing strategies (SEO, PPC, social media).
- Proficient in data analysis and interpretation, comfortable working with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Tableau).
- Experience in designing and executing experiments (A/B testing, multivariate testing).
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication skills.
- Results-oriented, with a bias towards action and experimentation.
- Strong understanding of product development and user experience principles
Preferred Qualifications:
- Technical background or familiarity with software engineering concepts.
- Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools (e.g., CleverTap,
Salesforce)
