How to Use Assignments in Boddle

Easy Standards-Aligned Practice for K-6 Teachers

Assignments in Boddle make it easy to give your students targeted, standards-aligned practice in math, ELA, and science without adding to your workload. Best of all, students see these assignments delivered through the fun gameplay they already love, so it never feels like “extra work” - just more chances to learn and grow while they play.

Quick Steps to Get Started

Creating assignments only takes a minute or two. Once it’s assigned, students will see it immediately in-game, and you’ll be able to track their progress under the Reports tab.

1. Go to the Assignments tab in your Teacher Dashboard.
2. Select a subject and click “Create Assignment.”
3. Choose your standard and grade level
4. Use the search bar or browse to select the skills(s) you want to assign. 
5. Choose whether to send it to your whole class or specific students. 
6. Choose to schedule it for a future date or make it available immediately. 
7. When you’re done, click “Create ” to finalize your assignment.

‍Once created, the assignment will automatically appear in whichever game mode students choose to play.
